NOVA AI provides AI-powered assistant services for businesses via Telegram integration. Our service includes AI agent setup, configuration, training, and ongoing support tailored to your specific business operations.

NOVA AI cung cấp dịch vụ trợ lý AI cho doanh nghiệp qua tích hợp Telegram. Dịch vụ bao gồm cài đặt, cấu hình, huấn luyện AI agent và hỗ trợ liên tục phù hợp với hoạt động kinh doanh của bạn.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide to the AI agent.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.

• Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập của mình.
• Bạn đồng ý không sử dụng dịch vụ cho mục đích trái pháp luật.
• Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về độ chính xác của dữ liệu cung cấp cho AI agent.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Refunds are provided within 7 days if the AI agent fails to operate as described.

Gói dịch vụ được tính phí hàng tháng hoặc hàng năm tùy theo gói bạn chọn. Bạn có thể hủy bất kỳ lúc nào mà không mất phí. Hoàn tiền trong vòng 7 ngày nếu AI agent không hoạt động như mô tả.

4. Intellectual Property

The AI agent configured for your business remains your property. NOVA AI retains rights to the underlying platform, infrastructure, and technology. Your business data is yours — we do not claim ownership of any data you provide.

AI agent được cấu hình cho doanh nghiệp của bạn là tài sản của bạn. NOVA AI giữ quyền đối với nền tảng, hạ tầng và công nghệ cơ bản. Dữ liệu kinh doanh của bạn là của bạn — chúng tôi không có quyền sở hữu bất kỳ dữ liệu nào bạn cung cấp.

5. Limitation of Liability

NOVA AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 30 days.

Dịch vụ NOVA AI được cung cấp "nguyên trạng." Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về các thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hoặc hậu quả phát sinh từ việc sử dụng dịch vụ. Tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi giới hạn ở số tiền đã thanh toán trong 30 ngày trước.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active users of material changes via Telegram.
